Non-refundable registration service fee: All registrations will include a $5.00 non-refundable registration service fee.

Main Conference Attendees: Full access: includes general and keynote sessions, workshops, networking events, and the STN EXPO Trade Show. Additional registration required for the Transportation Director Summit and Special Training courses.

Trade Show Only Registration: $250 per person. Fee includes access to the trade show networking reception. Fee does NOT include main conference workshops, general sessions and keynote sessions.

Exhibitors do NOT register by clicking on the “Trade Show Only” button on this page. This method is for non-exhibiting attendees. Exhibitors will receive instructions to register their on-site staff two months before exhibitor setup. See Exhibitor Details 

Registration Policy

Cancellations & Refunds 

  • Payment: All fees must be paid in full prior to attending. Registrants using Purchase Orders must provide proof of payment for on-site access. 
  • Refund Period: Cancellations received by 11:59 p.m. PT on February 14, 2025, are eligible for a refund minus the non-refundable administrative fee. Unpaid registrants are still responsible for this fee. 
  • No Refund Period: Cancellations after February 14, 2025, are ineligible for a refund. Unpaid registrations remain due and payable within 30 days post-conference. 
  • No-show Policy: No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credit transfers. Payment is still required as per registration terms, even if attendance is not possible. Unpaid registrations are due within 30 days post-conference. 
  • Post-Cancellation: Payments made to STN are non-refundable after February 14, 2025, for any reason, including but not limited to illness, travel issues, job loss, or duplicate purchases. Requests for refunds submitted after this date due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., family death, documented illness) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.  
  • Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to a Force Majeure Event, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, or government actions. The affected party must notify the other party within 3 days and make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact. 
  • Event Cancellation: If STN cancels or postpones a conference, refunds will not be issued. However, registration fees may be transferred to a future event based on the circumstances. 

Registration Policy: Substitutions 

  • Transfers: Registrations can be transferred to another attendee. Requests for substitutions must be submitted in writing via email up to 7 days before the conference starts.

Guest Attendee Access

Includes:

  • Networking Events
  • Trade Show Reception & Trade Show
  • Guest registrations are for spouses and non-transportation professionals who are accompanying Main Conference Attendees. ($150 per guest)
  • How to Register: Guests can only be added on site. Please see the registration staff for details.

Trade Show Only Access

Includes:

  • STN EXPO Trade Show Reception
  • Trade Show

Trade Show Only Attendees can ADD more Trade Show Only Attendees at the end of their registration. This process will link these attendees into one group (good for payment purposes).

*NOTE: This registration is NOT for exhibitors attending the trade show. Exhibitors will receive instructions to register their on-site staff on Cvent Exibitor Portal two months before exhibitor setup.

NHTSA Child Passenger Safety on School Buses National Training ONLY Access

Includes:

ONLY this one-day, 8-hour course. NO access to the conference and trade show. These attendees can ADD more NHTSA course only attendees. They CANNOT add Guests to their registrations. Seating is limited for this course.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also pay by check or purchase order checks. You can select “P.O Check” as your payment method even if you do not have the P.O. number at the time you register.
