BILLINGSLEY MEMORIAL RAINBOW SCHOLARSHIP

For the first time, Kristen ‘KB’ Billingsley and Heavy Duty Bus Parts (HDBP) are proud to announce the Billingsley Memorial Rainbow Scholarship, which celebrates the colorful and animated collaboration embodied by both her late husband Brandon Billingsley and the school bus driver and attendant roadeo event held during the TSD Conference. Brandon was the president of Heavy Duty Bus Parts and Ultra LED, when he suddenly passed away in October 2014. He was an ardent supporter of the yellow school bus mission and the training of student transporters nationwide.

Details will be announced at the 2020 roadeo in Indianapolis, IN.
