TSD Conference Attendees – ALL ACCESS to all TSD AND STN EXPO Indy content, exclusive Unique Experiences, keynotes, general sessions, Victory Lane Networking Reception on Sunday, October 11, and Trade Show on Monday, October 12.

Want 5.5 CEUs? Register for the 8-hour NHTSA Child Passenger Safety on School Buses training course on Friday, October 9.

Non-refundable Registration Service Fee: All registrations will include a $4.50 non-refundable registration service fee.

Main Conference Attendees can ADD the NHTSA Child Passenger Safety Course or the National School Bus Inspection Training Program for an additional fee. Register as a Main Conference Attendee, and then add the desired course in the Optional Session section ($149 through 9/4/20; $199 beginning 9/5/20).

Main Conference Attendees can ADD a Guest to their registration for an additional $99. Guest registrations are for spouses and non-transportation professionals who are accompanying Main Conference Attendees. Please register your guest ON-SITE. Fee includes access to trade show networking reception on Sunday, October 11 and the trade show + breakfast on Monday, October 12. Fee does NOT include main conference workshops, general sessions and keynote sessions.

Exhibitors do NOT register by selecting the “Trade Show Only” button on Cvent. This method is for non-exhibiting attendees. Exhibitors will receive instructions to register their on-site staff two months before exhibitor setup.

NHTSA CHILD PASSENGER SAFETY COURSE ACCESS

Includes:

ONLY this one-day, 8-hour course. NO access to the conference and trade show. These attendees can ADD more NHTSA Child Passenger Safety Course only attendees. They CANNOT add Guests to their registrations. Seating is limited for this course.

 

NATIONAL SCHOOL BUS INSPECTION TRAINING PROGRAM
Includes:

ONLY this one-day, 8-hour course. NO access to the conference and trade show. These attendees can ADD more Bus Inspection Training Program only attendees. They CANNOT add Guests to their registrations. Seating is limited for this course.

 

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Once you complete your registration, you will receive an email confirmation from Cvent (registration system provider) with your confirmation number for the conference.

Note: If you registered from your school district/work computer, this email might get blocked, so please check your Spam, Junk or Clutter folders for this email.

You must receive a confirmation number in order to be considered registered. If you do not receive an email once you finalize your registration, please contact the Event Team at events@stnmedia.com

REGISTRATION PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay by check or purchase order checks. You can select “P.O. Check” as your payment method even if you do not have the P.O. number at the time you register.

TSD CONFERENCE INDY REGISTRATION POLICY

School Transportation News/STN Media Group (“STN”) is a publication company that produces the annual Transportation Students with Disabilities and Special Needs Conference and Trade Show (“TSD Conference”), STN EXPO EAST Conference and Trade Show (“STN EXPO Indy”), and the STN EXPO West Conference and Trade Show (“STN EXPO Reno”).

The following Conference and Participation Terms and Conditions apply to all registrants to any STN hosted events. STN may, in its sole discretion and at any time determined by STN, cancel, revoke, or refuse from any individual or company the following: Conference registration, badge credentials and purchases. STN will not be responsible for any penalty, fee, loss, or expense that might result from such action. STN reserves the right to make changes to the Terms at any time without notice to Participant. It is Participant’s responsibility to frequently review the Terms posted on the conference website for any changes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

REGISTRATION CREDIT TRANSFER FROM TSD FRISCO –
EVENT TRANSFER POLICY

The following applies to those who are re-registering for the 2020 TSD Conference in Indy using credit transfers from TSD 2020 in Frisco ONLY.

Registrants who paid for the TSD Conference in March may transfer credits to attend the TSD Conference reschedule to October 2020. No refunds of any kind will be issued. The following transfer policies will be applied:

  • Credit transfers are only valid for the registrant of the original registration. Credits may not be transferred to another registrant’s name. All credits are non-transferable from person to person.
  • If the registration fees for the new event is less than the transfer credit amount, the remaining credit may be applied for an additional future show within the 12-month period of the original event or may be applied to a training course that require additional registration fees (additional registration required).
  • If registrant selects additional courses that require additional registration fees that is not covered by the amount of credit transferred, registrant is financially responsible for the additional fees.
  • If the registration fees for the event is higher than the transfer credit amount, registrant will not be responsible for the cost difference due to this unusual circumstance. 
  • Unused registrations have no monetary value and cannot be credited to future events. If you are a “no-show,” the credits will be forfeited.
  • Substitutions are not valid for any registrants who used credit transfers.
  • Credit transfers to the TSD Conference in Indy are NOT automatic. Registrant must register for the new TSD Conference using link provided. Once registration is submitted for approval, the events team will verify each registration and credits prior to sending a confirmation for approved registrations.
  • If you did not receive the new link to re-register for TSD Indy, please contact the Events Team. 
  • A registration is not complete until registrant receives a confirmation email and confirmation number from Cvent. Credits will be transferred post registration approval.
  • All registrations and credit transfer must be approved. Questions and concerns can be directed to events@stnmedia.com.
  • In the event that STN postpone or cancels a hosted conference for any reason, refunds will not be issued. Registrants may request to transfer paid registration fees with STN Media Group/School Transportation News as payment towards a future STN hosted conference.

STN Media Group reserves the right to refuse any refunds, cancellation, or transfer requests.

REGISTRATION CREDIT TRANSFER – CANCELLATION POLICY

The following applies ONLY to those who re-register for the 2020 TSD Conference in Indy using credit transfers but need to cancel their registration:

  • If registrant cancels the current registration by 11:59 p.m. Pacific on July 3, 2020 due to Covid-19 related issues (government mandates, district travel bans, etc), registrant may transfer their full TSD credit to the 2021 TSD Conference. However, registrant will be responsible for the $4.50 registration service fee for this cancellation and will be charged the registration service fee for the 2021 TSD conference when re-registering. If credits are not used by the 2021 TSD Conference, it will be forfeited.
  • If registrant cancels the current registration by 11:59 p.m. Pacific on September 4, 2020 due to Covid-19 related issues (government mandates, district travel bans, etc), registrant may transfer 50% of their TSD credit to the 2021 TSD Conference. However, registrant will be responsible for the $4.50 registration service fee for this cancellation and will be charged the registration service fee for the 2021 TSD conference when re-registering. If credits are not used by the 2021 TSD Conference, it will be forfeited.
  • Cancellation requests will NOT be accepted after midnight Pacific on September 5, 2020. No refunds or credits of any kind will be issued. Any pending balance must be paid in full.
  • STN will not issue any credits past the cancellation period. Unless requests for cancellations are made prior to September 5, 2020, payments made to STN are not refundable for any reason, including, without limitation: failure to attend due to illness, acts of God, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, loss of employment and/or duplicate purchases.
  • In the event that STN postpone or cancels a hosted conference for any reason, refunds will not be issued. Registrants may request to transfer paid registration fees with STN Media Group/School Transportation News as payment towards a future STN hosted conference.

STN Media Group reserves the right to refuse any refunds, cancellation, or transfer requests.

WHAT IF I CANNOT ATTEND THE RESCHEDULE CONFERENCE IN OCTOBER?

While the TSD conference is postponed, it is not cancelled. Therefore, refunds will not be issued. If you cannot attend the reschedule TSD Conference in October, registrants may request to transfer paid registration fees with STN Media Group/School Transportation News as payment towards a future STN hosted conference. The following will be applied:

  •  Future conference must take place within the 12 months following the originally booked event. If credit is not claimed by the 12th month, the credit expires. The registrant henceforth forfeits the payment and will not be able to transfer the credit to any future events.
  • Events where credits may be transferred to are as follows:
    • STN EXPO Reno Conference on July 10-15, 2020, in Reno, Nevada
    • TSD Conference on March 19-24, 2021, in Frisco, Texas
  • Requests to apply payment to a future conference must be received no less than 30 days prior to the conference opening date. Request must be sent in writing to events@stnmedia.com.
  • All credit transfer requests must be emailed to and approved by the event teams at events@stnmedia.com.
  • Registrant must register for future show once request to apply has been approved and registration is open in order for credits to transfer. Please email events@stnmedia.com once completed.
  • In the event that STN postpone or cancels a hosted conference for any reason, refunds will not be issued. Registrants may request to transfer paid registration fees with STN Media Group/School Transportation News as payment towards a future STN hosted conference.

 

STN Media Group reserves the right to refuse any refunds, cancellation, or transfer requests.

 

 

RE-REGISTRATION FOR TSD CONFERENCE INDY

Transferring your credit from TSD Frisco 2020? Re-registration instructions will be emailed to each registrant and will be available online in May. Please contact samantha@stnmedia.com to confirm registration details.
